Q:  What are your production times?

A:  Current production times are approximately 7-10 days.   

Q:  Will you monogram items not purchased at Sew Cute By Katie?

A:  Yes! If you're local, bring your items into the shop. Monograms and names are $20, additional lettering or logos are priced out by stitch count and how many pieces we are doing.

Q: Can you stitch my company logo?

Q:  How large will the monogram be on my item?

A: The monogramming is always proportional to the item unless otherwise stated. 

Q:  What is the return policy?

A: Monogrammed and other personalized items CANNOT be returned. If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item.  

Q:  Do you ship to other countries?

A:  No, we only ship within the United States at this time. 

Q:  When will I know my item has shipped?

A: Once your item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number.

Q:  How long will it take to receive my items?

A: Production on all personalized items can take up to 7-10 business days.  Please allow time for production plus shipping. We will notify you when your items has shipped. 

Q: What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.  When notifying us, please attach photos of the defect within your email.  Please allow 1-2 days for us to respond to your email.  

Q: What happens if my package is lost during shipment?

A:  If you're package is lost, contact us and we will be happy to help you locate it. Your first step should be to call your local US Post Office. Your package becomes the property of the United States Postal Service when they pick it up from our facility. If you do not choose to add shipping insurance to your order, we cannot be held liable for any missing and/or damaged packages. If the USPS shows that your package was delivered to the address on the order , no claim can be made and your item will not be covered under shipping insurance.

Q:  Can I pick up my item in store?

A: Yes! During checkout, please select the in-store pickup option in the shipping options drop box.

Q: Will my order be ready sooner if I pick it up in store?

A: All online order take 1-2 weeks. A staff member will call you when your order is ready to pick up. 

Q: Can I use my online coupon in the brick-and-mortar store?

A:  No, online coupon offers can only be applied to online orders.
