Refund policy

No refunds on personalized products.  Holiday items are non returnable. 

If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item.

Items not personalized must be postmarked and returned within 7 days for refund and must be free of damage, stains, etc. Shipping costs can not be refunded.
