This is for monogramming 1-3 letters on outside items brought into our store. Standard size is up to 3 inches for the center letter. Monograms are sized appropriately for you item and for proper stitching.
Please note we do not for any reason replace outside items that may be damaged during the embroidery process. We do our best to prevent anything from happening but machines can act up and humans can have accidents. We also do not refund if you do not like how the font looks that you chose.
